Our First Production
Time to get creepy & kooky!
The Addams Family Young@Part is a delightful adaptation that brings the beloved characters of the iconic Addams Family to life for a younger audience. This lively production features humor, heart, and catchy songs as it follows Wednesday Addams, who has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, normal boy. As the family navigates the challenges of blending their spooky, eccentric lifestyle with the boy's traditional family, audiences are treated to a charming tale of acceptance and love.
Important Information
When will rehearsals be?
Rehearsals will be held on a Sunday Afternoon in Northwich. Exact venue and time tbc.
What age range do you accept?
Our age range is 10-18 on date of performance
Do they have to audition to be accepted?
Not at all! We will hold auditions for principal roles, however we will accept anyone regardless of their background or situation. For The Addams Family, we would ask everyone to audition, as all of the ensemble will be playing an Ancestor, and we will need to see where the juniors will be suitable.
How much does it cost to join?
We aim to keep costs for our members as low as possible, and so we are proud to be one of the cheapest theatre companies around! Youth Group Membership to join is just £40, however this is discounted to £25 if the young person is already a member of the adult society, as this covers the cost of the costumes for the show, and also includes a company t-shirt.
How do you keep your costs so low? What's the catch?!
There is no catch at all! We aim to provide an opportunity for everyone to experience performing, and do not want price to be a barrier to this. All we ask is that, as parents, you can give us your support with the production! This may be that we need you to pick up little bits of costume like shirts and trousers, or maybe volunteer your time to help us backstage or front of house, but most importantly, that you sell plenty of tickets so your kids get a full audience!
